Get help with your Pressurebox
Choose your model below, and we'll show you the right guide, troubleshooting, and most relevant answers.
Here you will find help with use, opening, tightness, charging, and ball pressure for Pressurebox Pro.
Get started
Open and close the lid a few times, then close firmly without overtightening.
When the box is new, it's a good idea to get to know the threading first. For the best seal, you should usually close it to the point where the logo and window align. On brand new boxes, you can often stop slightly before this point to make it easier to open again.
Yes, if it needs to maintain the pressure automatically.
Pressurebox Pro only works automatically when the power button is on ON. If it is switched off, it will not maintain the chamber pressure between your games.
High mode recovers pressure faster.
Pro has two pressure modes. Normal is standard, while High is designed for faster pressure recovery. You switch by holding down the mode button for approximately 3 seconds while the box is turned on.
Opening and sealing
Turn off the box, press the bleed button, and use your whole hand when opening.
Always turn off the box first. Then press the vent button in the lid before twisting it open. Hold the cylinder against your chest with your palm and turn the lid and cylinder in opposite directions for a better grip.
Opening and closure
Yes, you can remove the secondary O-ring on the thread.
Pressurebox Pro has a double sealing system. If the lid feels too tight, you can remove the secondary O-ring from the cylinder's thread. The box will still maintain its seal through the lid's internal gasket but will be easier to screw open.
Opening and tightness
It is most often due to a seal failure, not the electronics themselves.
Start by checking that the box is set to ON and is closed correctly. Then, examine the O-ring and thread, and ensure that the bleed valve is not stuck in the open position.
Opening and Sealing
Ventilate first, use better grip and reduce the friction around the thread.
First, press the bleed valve. Then use a breast grip, possibly with rubber gloves or a towel. You can also remove the silicone cover, tap lightly around the thread with a spoon, or have someone else hold the lid while you turn the cylinder.
Battery and electronics
Use the original cable and charge the box completely so it can reset itself.
Use the original cable, as not all USB-C cables make proper connection. Then fully charge the box until all four lights stop blinking, disconnect the cable and try again.
First, check if the box is still connected to the charger.
The compressor does not operate during charging. Fully charge the box, unplug the cable, and turn it on again. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
It is often a sign of leakage or insufficient tightness.
A red light, frequent pump starts, and short battery life are often related to the box not holding pressure correctly. Check the seal, O-ring, threads, and vent button. If the problem cannot be resolved, a short video for us is the best next step.
Ball pressure and performance
Use balls with a bit of pressure left, and make sure the box is turned on.
If the balls are very flat from the start, it takes longer to get them back. Preferably use balls that still have some life, make sure the power button is on ON, and if necessary, try High mode. The most accurate test is to compare used balls from the box with fresh balls after about a week.
Take the balls out a little before playing, so they can settle.
Balls that have been in the box for a longer period may feel firmer. This is normal — take them out 15-30 minutes before you play so they can adjust to the surroundings.
